Restricting users to send mails to groups

Hi all,

We are having around 1000 users in our Organisation. We would like to control the mail flow in our organisation, so we want to restrict the users sending mails to All user mail group.

As i have refered the lotus document, found an option to restrict on group document properties, security tab. All users by default has reader and above, but i have selected only an group of people and administrator. After that i can able to look up all users group through admin id. Other users cant look up the group from directory.

The problem is the user group members whom i gave rights also cant find the all user group from the directory.I have also restarted the server once.

Can anyone help me .

Kumaresan, You will have to add this user group into the ACL of your Domino Directory with the default level of access to the Directory. Once the group is in the ACL, you can add them to the list of individuals who have Reader Access to this group in your Domino Directory. Also make sure that you have your Local Domain servers listed with Reader Access to the Groups and your Administration server as well.
