Is there any way to restrict access to web mail (or other web bases) ? I’d like to grant access for some groups. Now every user who has set internet password can access his databases (via WWW).

You can also set the maximum internet access allowed (advanced tab of ACL) so that no one can get in that way.
You can also check “Don’t allow URL open” on the first tab of doc properties.
These may be too blunt for your purposes, but just a couple thoughts.

An option is to create the acces based on the web redirect template in the sandbox. create web acces group and denu acces for that person.
