Is there a way of restricting a Signature (HTML or Image File) in Outgoing Mail messages from being copied?
We have users that have scanned their Signature into their Notes/Preferences/Signature field for all outgoing mail messages. In the ‘Delivery Options’, there is the ‘Prevent Coping’ option but this affects the whole document.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Restrict Signature from being copied
Whatever solution you find I am doubting that it will be honoured by any other mailsystems. Once the email leaves your server it is basically text.
Why would you want to prevent copying?

Want to prevent someone copying and pasting the signature into other document.

If you are talking about a scanned picture of a handwritten signature, you’re out of luck. If I can see it on my screen, I can copy it – have you ever noticed the PrtScrn key on the keyboard? If you need to authenticate users on electronic documents, then use digital signatures. Handwritten signatures depend entirely on trust – signature machines, faxed signatures and so on are legally binding in many jurisdictions even though they are both deniable and easily forged – unless they are notarized.
