Respond to an e-mail with a different user id

Hello,

I’m getting an error message: “file does not exist”, when I’m trying to respond to an e-mail with a different user id.

Things to know:

  • I have manager acces to the mail file

  • I can see the body of the message, only when I click “reply” the error occurs

Any idea?
