We have update from 5.x to 6.5.1. Our Clients are 5.0.11 and the templates & databases are also 5.x
Is it possible to update the Resource Database to 6.x and all clients are work without problems when book resources? or when resources are booked?
Is it also prossible to rename Resources (in names.nsf - mail in databases) so there are no problems with scheduling ore booking resources?

You can update the design on the resource database and the 5.x clients will have no problems. Notes templates are designed to be backward compatible. You can also rename resources and all existing reserverations will be updated. You need to rename them from the resource database, not from the Domino Directory.

I don’t know in the english version but there is a bug in the rename function of the resource database (6.5.1 and 6.5.4).

Markus - what was the bug you encountered please? Are you referring to server or client versions (6.5.1)?
I need to upgrade the design of our Resources database, so we can rename a resource. Our servers are 6.5.4. But I’d be interested to know what problems you ran into first!
