When few users want to book resources in this db, they have an error message that the room is not available at his time even if there is no previous entry.
I deleted busytime.nsf on the server to delete the “ghost” entries : no change.
Any idea, please?

Try a “Tell sched validate” on the server console and look at your log for errors.
