I have some resources that have restricted
access, “Owner restrictions - Specific people”, set.
My problem is the refreshing when using groups and a problem if
the resolved name(s) is not hieracial.
Normaly just making Edit - Save on the resource document is refreshing
the access for the resource. Sometimes it fails and the ExpandedList field
is cleared and my users don’t have access for booking the resource then.
I have been debugging the Querysave code and found the bug in there and made
a workaround to refresh the access even when not resolving a non hieracial name.
Someone else seen/having this problem ?
Are there any other refresh way in Notes of a resource with restricted access on a scheduled basic ?
