We have a room reservations application that is based off of the Resource Reservations Template in Notes. Additionally, we have moved some Notes clients to another server (outside our agency). The clients that have been moved to the new server are experiencing problems with this reservations database.The problem appears to be in the @command(FindFreeTimeDialog]). When the user clicks on the “Find Available Time” button the dialog box appears. In the right portion of the box, the middle portion of the grid is greyed out, indicating that there is no info available. When we try to save the document the following error message appears: “The time you have scheduled for this resource is not available”.
I’m thinking that this error message is occurring because Notes needs to compare the calendar (which is on the remote server) with list of resources (which is on the local server). Not completely sure about that but; Has anyone ever come across this or know how to resolve this?
