Resource Reservations - Owner restrictions & groups

Hi,

When i create a new resource in a Resource Reservations database i would like to limit the usage of a room to a specific group of users.

Unfortunately, it seems that the fields : Specific people & List of names (if you choose Autoprecessing) don’t support groups ! Every time a new user comes ou leave a department i’ve to change in every resources !!! It’s unusable.

Do you have any solutions to use groups ?

What is your group type?

Members of groups listed as ACL Only cannot book room or resource

Multi-Purpose and it doesn’t work

Correction, it seems to work but the room has a red icon in from of its name in the resource list like when it is unavailable. It is really disturbing for users.

I did you manage to resolve this issue, as looking to do the same thing
