I have just created a new Resource/Room Reservation database from the StdR60ResourceReservation template and am running into problems saving reservations.
I am given the error “A problem occurred when validating the available time for this resource. Please try again later.” I get this error regardless of time of day. In the status bar I am given “No scheduling information for the requested invitees could be found at this time.”
I have created a site and a room without any problems. I can see the room listed in the ($rooms) view in the server’s address book. I’ve followed the documentation in the Help DB but I haven’t found anything on troubleshooting this problem.
I had forgotten to sign the agents with my ID, thus the agents were signed by Lotus and didn’t have the appropriate access. Everything from the template worked fine after signing the agents.

Did you setup when the resource is available to be used? Go to the resource-time availability tab-check the days and enter a time range (i.e. 12:01AM - 11:59PM. Also, are the following tasks loaded on that server: schedule manager and calendar connector? If not type on the server console: l sched and l calconn and then add the 2 tasks onto the servertasks= line in the notes.ini.

Running “Show Tasks” shows that Calendar Connector and Schedule Manager are both running idle.
I had the availability for the resource set for 9-5PM Monday through Friday. I just tried the “Available 24hrs” option but the change had no effect and the error message is still present.
