I have a user trying to book a repeating reservation for a room. She’s getting this error: The following dates conflict with an existing entries or do not fit in your profile times. The room is, however, available for all instances. She can book the room individually, but not repeating.
Does anyone know what the error means?

The script seems to be checking this value in the mail user preferences
EDIT: So, she must have at least ONE conflict with an instance.

Nope… Nothing on her calendar at their time Also she’s booking room directly in the R&R database. Does this look at her calendar?

Does the room have time restrictions? If it does my guess is that it is a DST Issue. Her workstation has been updated but the server the RR database is on has not been, or the other way around. So it is causing the room to look like it’s not available at the time she is trying to book it.

I thought it could also be a DST issue, however, the R&R database has been updated. I’ll have the people responsible for updating her PC check the to ensure she has the Windows patch. Thanks!
