When a certain user in our organization makes a reservation for a conference room, it simply disappears. He fills out the form, clicks SAVE AND CLOSE, which returns him to the view. The reservation is visible in the view for a split second, and then it disappears. We cannot find it anywhere in the database. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on?
