We just upgraded several servers. The primary mail server does not contain the RR Db. It resides on another server. Does this Db get updated automatically or should it be upgraded using new R7 template? The users are getting mixed results… most freetime is fine but some shows free when it is not. Assuming that the RR Db on another server is fine. I noticed the Rooms and Reservations task is running on the mail server. Is this normal… used to communicate with other server hosting RR Db??? Thanks team… just want to ensure that the RR is 100% for this new 7.0.2 environment (clients & servers).

Upgrading the Resource Reservations database is not a simple task. Make sure you read the help and the upgrade guide.

Was a simple process (in the whole scheme of things)… upgraded template design + enabled agents. It processed the pending reservations in that hidden view, etc… All seems fine…
