I am trying to customise the resource database so that you can reserve two items at the same time
eg i have created three resources called ‘Room1’, ‘Room2’, and ‘Room3’
how can i create an entry that allows you to book both ‘Room1’ and ‘Room2’ with one click? I need to create entries such as book ‘room1 and room2 together’ and ‘book all rooms’ that will reserve all specified resources for the specified time
any ideas?

I want to do this too! I want to more generally be able to book, eg. a room and a resource or two in one go. This seems so obvious a requirement and our users are always lamenting the inability to do this! Am I missing something or can this really not be done?Also, can one programatically create reservations from another application? I would LOVE to be able to do this!!

You can book more than one room and resource at a time in the R6 Calendar. The Reservation database will only allow you to book one room at a time directly in that database.
