Resource Reservations accepting double reservations

This has been an ongoing problem since upgrade from 5.0.11 to 6.5.1First I upgraded the design of resources.nsf to 6 and after making a reservation it would get deleted in a matter of minutes.

Couldn’t fix so I got an old copy with R5 design of resources.nsf which fixed the deletion problem but now it’s accepting double reservations (and more for the same room at the same time). It shows you that the room is already deserves but when you save, it accepts reservation anyway.

I’ve delete busytime.nsf but no luck

Any suggestions? This is driving me crazy!!!

Subject: Resource Reservations accepting double reservations

I have done the same thing, but didn’t face any problem.I hope you didn’t change the cert or/and domain during upgrade.

You might want to try:

  1. I would check the names.nsf for duplicate resources. Run fixup on it.

  2. Go to resource.nsf & try to book a room for duplicate entries.

  3. Shut dwon Cal & sched task. delete busytime.nsf on your calendar server.Use dbcache flush & then restart both the tasks.

Last option: Delete resource doc from NAB,Create a new resource.nsf, sites & resources with the same name. Copy all existing reservations into it.
