Resource reservation

Hello,

looking for help with resource reservation, maybe someone has this problem like me, problem is with response from resource database when users creates a room reservation for meeting.

In log I see that message is coming to resource database normally and room is reserved but autoprocess event is:

Router: Error autoprocessing message 00500F6B to Room/Site: You do not have a mail file/server specified. Use File Mobile Edit Current Location… to set them.

In resource database and mail-in databases configuration all looks fine.

Look the MailServer field of your sevrer document.

all looks ok in local, I think there is server configuration problem, because it works 2 years with no problem, but 2 weeks ago resource reservation database stops responding about reserved rooms or resources.

Try this in a scheduled agent:

Dim session As New NotesSession

Dim db As NotesDatabase

Dim doc As NotesDocument

Set db = session.CurrentDatabase

Set doc = New NotesDocument( db )

doc.Form = “Memo”

doc.SendTo = “John Howard/OrgUnit/Org”

doc.Subject = “Here’s the document you wanted”

Call doc.Send( False )

If the document is not mailed, the problem is not with your reservation db.

Look for technotes: 1099632 and 1110630.
