Resource Reservation Template - Is there a way to hide a resource from the pop-up box for certain users

In resource reservations, there is the ability to allow only certain users to be able to create a reservation for a resource or room. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to not show those resources at all in the pop-up box for the users that cannot make a reservation for that particular resource or room?

theoretically…since the resources are mail-in db docs in the PAB you should be able to restrict read access by adding a readers field to the form or (easier) by accessing the document properties…go to the security tab…and add your readers there.

That worked.I tried locking down the Mail-in record (server and users) and the resource did not appear. Should work as a way to hide a room.
