When a client asks for a resource to be deleted a message goes to adminp database. The people that clean up these resources are no longer able to delete the resources as they did not make the request for the deletion. These people are administrators. Any help. it used to work before in Notes 5.

Do you mean that the Administrators are unable to open the request in the AdminP database, and approve it ? Do they have the appropriate rights to the resource reservations DB ? I don’t understand why an administrator would be unable to approve a request, regardless of who initiated it.

IBM/Lotus made some changes to the R&R db e.g. you need to have the “Create Resource” role to be enabled in order to delete a reservation.
I’d invstigate in this direction.
