Recently i have upgraded the design to Resource Reservation to 7.The pur agent is not working.Even i have enabled the Purge Documents agent but it is not working,Regards

check the agent log to see if there are any errors. to do so just go to the agents view in designer and right click the agent and choose Log. If you get “agent has never been run” then there’s something wrong with the agent’s schedule settings that it’s not running.
