Resource reservation problems

Hi,

I’m having problems with setting up the resource reservations database. (i’ve already searched notes.net but couldn’t find a solutions.)

This is my problem:

I’ve created the resource reservations database.

I’ve added a site and a resource to it.

I get a message it has been created.

But it will not appear in admin request (adminp is running) database so it will not be added to the addressbook and busytime.nsf.

So it is not possible to schedule something.

When I try this I get this message: no resources/rooms found for this time and/or this time requirements.

I’m sure it has something to do that is has not been added to the adressbook/busytime.

Is their a way to add them manual or how can I solve this??

This is another topic with this problem.

Is their already found a solutions for this problem?

Hi,

I’ve solved this problem by creating the resource reservations on another server.

(in same cluster / domain)

Why it wouldn’t work on the first server I don’t know.

It’s never been good to have multiple copies of resourse.nsf as it does weird things clustered or replicated. I think the Knowledge Base eludes to this.

having said that Resource Reservations kinda runs like a 3 legged horse that can whistle.
