Resource Reservation "No Scheduling information for the requested..."

Dear All,

I’ve problem about Resource reservation database. I’ve create new resources and set available time and validate resource by reload scheduling task but system could not find available resources and return error “No Scheduling information for the requested invitees could be found at this time” and when i click save it return this error “An error occurred while validating the available time for this resource. Please try again later”

What i try to do are this following:

  1. quit from task Rnrmgr,calconn, sched

  2. delete database clubusy.nsf

  3. reload task Rnrmgr,calconn, sched again

but it still could not solve this problem what should i do next?

Please suggest me and will be very appreciate :slight_smile:

Hi,I just found my solution how to solve these errors. It’s my mistake that i didn’t careful. May be my solution will be useful with someone.

When i create new resource the process will add resource document in public address book/Mail-In database but i didn’t realize about Domain(I used the old Domain which not compatible with mail servers). I had deleted all resources and recreate them again that let me found this solution… hahaha
