I might have to go down the road of altering how the room & resource reservations works on our domain, due to an unmet requirement.
Some of our resources, such as video conferencing or lunch catering requires 10 minutes before a meeting starts to get set up. We want to ensure that if someone books a room and also requires a certain resource, that there is a free 10 minute slot before that booking. It will need to be a bit more complex than just adding 10 minutes to the start of a meeting request because we don’t want the invitees to see a meeting from 1:50pm to 3pm when in fact the meeting is 2pm to 3pm. We just want the resources (ie room and video conferencing unit) booked for that extra 10 minutes.
So, I guess first of, has anyone done anything like this, and if so, how did it go? The RnR setup does look terrifying and very easy to break so any comments from others would be very helpful!
