Resource Reservation - Import Data from other system

Dear all,

is it possible to import data either from Microsoft Exchange or from a text file (csv, excel, whatever) using Script? Is it enough to just take an original entry in the database and code the agent to build the according fields? What else has eventually to be considered?

Hi,

The MAIN problem will be with the busytime database because actually, I suppose that it’s not connected to it.

You could look here , you will have the C&S Schema . It will help you map all of your fields from your exported data.

When you will import you data, busytime will normally update itself immediatly but you should check it to avoid double-booking issue
