Dear All,
My company wants to use resource reservation db allowing to book company cabs & drivers
I have seen the resource reservation db and created new resources according to the requirement.(all r using LN 8.5 version)
But the team wants the extra fields in the resource reservation form with Source , Destination & Occupants fields.
Can it be done?? Can i add new fields for the form?If so, what are steps i need to follow…
I have all privileges to the db.

You can customize the R&R template to include those items that you want and not worry that you will break R&R. The key thing to keep in mind is that R&R will not use those items for any kind of workflow. Simply adding them as information is easy and you do not have to worry about causing any harm to R&R or its ability to work normally.
The steps to do it are the same you would for adding to any database. Use the Designer to add the items and any validation you want to the items on the form and to any views you want to customize.
