I wanted to remove a resource from the Resource Reservation DB. The resource was already removed but was still showing up when I searched available rooms so I deleted the entry in the busytime.nsf DB. None of the rooms now show up, I get “no resource”? How do I fix? The resource still shows up in the NAB.

The list of rooms comes from the hidden views in the directory. If the Resource is listed in the directory, users will see it. If you removed the room correctly, there will be a request in the AdminP database - awaiting approval - that will delete the resource document from the directory.
If all the times are gone from the busytime db, just tell rnrmgr val and let it rebuild the listings.
