Resource Reservation DB Problem

I set up a new R6 Resource Reservations database on my server. I have 1 site added, 3 resources, all rooms with No Owner restrictions and available 24/7, with a capacity of 10 each. AdminP has run and added all of my resources to the NAB.

Problem … When I try to create a new reservation (2 people) and try to “‘Find A Room At A Specific Time’” I get the message "No resource/room found for the times and/or capacity requirements.”

However, If I ask it to “Find A Time For A Specific Room”, it appears to work.

Any ideas on what is set up incorrectly?

There is an old discussion thread in this DB concerning this issue, but a resolution was never posted … a lot of ideas and possibilities but no resolution.

Subject: Resource Reservation DB Problem

This may not help, but we had a similar issue here for a few days. I thought it was a Notes issue, but after further investigation, the Network Admins told me that we have a “DNS Issue” and that was what was causing the error. They fixed the “DNS Issue” and everything is working now. I don’t understand that, but, hey, it is working now.

It turns out that your location document must search “Local and Server” under mail addressing.
