Resource Reservation Database

I have a “ghost” reservation document. A user has attempted to reserve a room on a certain date and it doesn’t allow for that date and time. Yet, when looking into the reservation database, it does not show any booked time for that specific date or time.

When I have tested this, I go directly into the reservations database and try to book for the time the user wanted to book a meeting. When I click on schedule info, it gives me that this resource is booked for the time I would like to book it. I then go look for this booked time in all views, and I cannot find the document.

I have run fixup, updall and compact on the database but this didn’t help.

This issue is occuring more in this particular reservation database.

Can anyone assist me on other things I can do to fix the problem?

Do a Tell sched validate on your server console, it should be on.

If not, rebuild your busytime db

You can do this test1. Booked a resource in the date with time

  1. Cancel this book,

  2. Book it again, see this resource in the date with the time is available or not.

then you will know that the resource was released or not.
