Hi, Having recently upgraded to version 8 i am having trouble with the resource reservation database sending emails when a resource is waiting for the owner to accept.
There must be a agent that is sending the mail because it happens every monring @ 2am. Either i am blind or it is stashed away somewhere as i can’t find it…

Subject: Super stealthy Agent
It is so stealthy it looks like C code. Actually the additional Owner notifications are not handled by any Agent, they are generated by the RnRMgr task when it does its daily rescan of the R&R dBs.
The extra notices are by design because users are human and they sometimes forget to go and process requests immediately or there are circumstances that require they put off approving/declining a request.
In order to avoid having someone’s important meeting request go unhandled by an Owner because the Owner got distracted or had more important things to do, the system sends them 1 additional reminder each day until they act on the request. This was the balance struck between making sure the requestors needs can be met in a timely manner and bugging the heck out of the Owner to act on every request now.
