Regarding a resource reservation request … once it has been accepted by an owner (if it is not autoprocessed), is it possible for an owner to go back and decline it at a later date … perhaps if there was a needed change in the schedule? I could not determine if the Decline/Accept buttons could be invoked by the owner from the resource reservations database. Thanks.

Yes it is.An owner can open tehir calendar and highlight the message, then from Owner Actions choose Reschedule.
A participant can choose Participant actions and Decline, delegate or propose a new time.
