Can a resource approver/owner move a meeting to a new room and have that move reflect in the orginal meeting entry, ie. email out an update status? (this person is not the chair)
We often get walk in meetings or changes, and although I want people to manage their own bookings, reception need to change and override. I know they can make a new meeting and direct people to it - but it would be easier if they could be RnR admins (so to speak) and move meetings to a new/different room on a still ahve the system update busytime correctly.
