Resource Request email shows wrong time

Has anyone ran across this?

I reserved a room that requires approval from 11:00am to 12:00pm and the response email about the room request shows the date from 10am to 11am. When I look at the reservation in the Resource DB, it’s displayed with the correct time. Only the emailed response is incorrect.

This is on a Windows server and Server time is being set by the OS time. Console shows correct time.

Any thoughts?

The subject of the meeting is

Owner restrictions exist for this resource. The request has been forwarded to the following owner for approval:

…The requester’s PC

The server - both PC and Notes server program

The mailserver - both PC and Notes server program

Subject: Timezone

The timezone is the same on all the systems. They are all local to CST.

Subject: Suggestion

Check the resource and site doc for this resource in the reservation db and make sure the selected time zone is correct.
