The problem is when I schedule a meeting room using my mail database (through schedule a meeting) the meeting room do not reflect in the resource reservation database. but if I reserved it using directly the resource reservation, it will be reserved, can anyone tell me what is wrong when reserving a meeting room by scheduling a meeting?

when you are in your calendar, the search is done against the nab (server\mail-db view)
when you are in the RR db, it will only show you the resources define in you RR db.

It should be worked properly. When you setup new room/resource, they’ll become an mail address in mail-in-database. In this case the mail-in-db is resource.nsf and each room/resource name is the addresses, so it’s like user name which can receive email and store in resource.nsf as the mailbox. This is what is happening when you reserve room/resource from your calendar.
so when you reserved it, check the console if there is a message delivery to room/resource. Or it could be any errors. So it’s better you create a new resource db and create some rooms/resources then restart server. Make sure the rooms/resources you created is listed in names.nsf - configurations - mail-in-database, then try the reservation again.
