I have two 6.5.3 domino server that I’m planning to cluster. I also have a resource database on one of them and was wondering if this database will be replicated when I create the cluster or not. Also If anyone know of documentation about that , it would be greate.

Clustering is not mirroring; no databases will have replicas created when you add a server to a cluster.

You may want to select “Using This Database” from the Help menu while in the database and scroll to the bottom :
Warning: It is strongly recommended that you do not replicate the Resource Reservations database to other servers. This may result in inadvertant reservation conflicts.

The Resource Reservations database should NEVER be clustered, even in a failover scenario. The reason is because Clubusy.nsf gets updated only on the server that hosts the Resource Reservations database (that is, the server that the Resource Reservations database was created on).
