resource and reservations database 8.0.1 design template

users are a mix of 6.5.6 and 8.0.1

problem: create new meeting and select resource room and submit from client running 8.0.1. Owner of resource receives email requesting booking. owner clicks on link in email to accept booking, systems tells owner that booking accepted but its not. Owner receives another identical email requesting booking. On the database the booking reservation has not happened. The reservation is still waiting to to be processed.

Please help as my whole company cannot book and reserve meeting rooms. Why did i upgrade?

Subject: Questions

So you upgraded the database, or created it new?

If you upgraded, did you use File- database - replace design to replace the design? (that’s required)

Did you enable, or re-enable all 4 timed agents that are in the database? (those are required)

Subject: Found tech notes to help

After replacing database design I should have also rebuilt the busyfree time database. Did this and now all works ok.
