Please help! …this is causing some serious confusion. I cannot locate any support documents (support portal) nor anything in this forum or others. This seems like an issue that others would have seen. Am I crazy? 
Can someone please explain why the “Purpose” field has “Reserved Automatically by the processing agent.” in some of the calendar entries in the Rooms & Reservations DB? I have tried to reproduce this by leaving the description blank, etc. The field has a formula of @Contains(Purpose); Purpose; Topic. Where is the topic field? This does not seem to be the reason because I have created a reservation in the R&R DB + my mail DB (leaving the description blank in both). I need to understand the exact reason. Please help… thanks in advance. Hoping someone in this forum has seen this!

update: I did find the “Reserved automatically by processing agent” in the AutoProcessing agent but it mentions something about the user being 4.5 (not the case). This seems to be the script that is creating the document but when/how/why?

There is longer an Autoprocessing Agent in R&R. We only have 4 ‘system’ agents as of 7.0:

Purge Documents (Auto)
RenameReservations and SendNotice
Update Blocker Documents
So you should probably replace the design of your R&R dB w/the one that is on the R&R server and then go in and enable them to run on the R&R’s home server (the one you set in the Administration Server in the ACL dialog). Then you should be much better off.

Subject: Need more information
Don’t see anything in the recent RR template that would add the string to the Subject. The Topic field is something that the core code for Calendar and Scheduling adds. Pre R7, there were some agents that would some of the work.
Are you running a Pre R7 ? Also do you have any customized agents in the RR database? Best thing would be to get a design only copy of your RR db to see if there are customized agents Or old code lurking around.
