Reservations "disappear"

We upgraded from R 5.0.11 to R 6.5.1 a week ago.Now whenever a user makes a reservation, they dissappear, sometimes in a matter of 15, 30, and once I noticed in about 5 minutes. The only change made to this database was upgrading the design from 5 to 6.

All agents are signed by lotus notes template except for the AutoProcessReservations agent signed by the server and last mod date was 2000–basically no changes have been made to this db.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Do they really disappear? They are deleted? Can you make a view with a Select @all statement to find your document?Who has the right to delete document?

They are deleted. Right after I run manually the Autoprocess agent, they get deleted. And I looked into the number of docs before creating and after deletion to find out that the doc is deleted not disappeared from the view.
