We use the Reservations database for booking our conference rooms. When doing a “New Reservations” I cannot book a room that I have verified is available. I can book it the day before or the day after but not on the specific day I need. I have tried researching where this @FindFreeResource pulls from to find out if there is a corrupt reservation not showing in the calendar but it’s not well documented.
Can anyone offer some suggestions as to how to find out what’s happening for this one day? I try and reserve the specific resource and the calendar shows it’s already booked, and if I do it by day - it doesn’t show in the selection list.

Run a Tell sched validate UserName on the mail server console.
Look for possible errors
Or delete the busytime db, it will recreate itself

Thank you so much for your response. I have since gone to other users and this resource is not available for any of them either - again all the calendar views show that this room has not been already reserved.
We have not used the NAB to pull in resources, we created resource documents in the reservations database. I am sure I could probably delete the resource and re-create it but this room has been reserved thru November already and I don’t want to lose ( or have to manually re-create) reservations.

How can you pull out the busytime infos?
The RR database needs an entry in the NAB. It will then create an entry in the busytime.nsf(Clubusy,.nsf) database.

You’re right, each training room had an entry in the Busytime.nsf. I put my earlier note based on notes I found from the prevoius developer/admin. My fault - I should have checked. My admin is now running the Tell command you sent me and hopefully we’ll find the problem.
