Reservation room in db retaining owner restrictions

I have a room in a reservations system that is retaining its owner restrictions when set back to none. I’ve had the admins try rebuilding the clubusy.nsf as well as deleting and recreating the resource. The rooms schedule was showing up as Info Restricted even though the owner restrictions on it was set to none. To get around this issue I’ve had to edit the resource, set owner restrictions to specific people and added in a large group, save and closed the resource. Then I went back in and edited the resource, set owner restrictions back to none & saved and closed. Anyone in the large group can now book this resource but anyone not in that group cannot. Has anyone seen anything like this? Or does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Folks,

I have a room that was set to a specific group and after that was set to be approved to none but now no one could book this room . The schedule for this room was showing to Info Restricted and no one could make a reservation to this specific room

Can I free this schedule info ?

Subject: I think this was fixed in the 8.5.1 RR Template. Can you check the RR database and see what the template version it is running?

Subject: Will try upgrading template to 8.5.1

I will try replacing our 8.0.2 template with the 8.5.1 template. Hopefully that will fix the issue. Thanks for your response.
