Reservation document does not created in db Resources

Hi,

when planning a meeting since the mail, find rooms and resources correctly but does not create the document in the reserve db resource. The rooms and resources are well established in the names.nsf, and I deleted and created again db resource but it does not work. All users are allowed in the db resources ACL.

Any idea?

Which version of the RR database do you use?

Server version?

Client version?

Any errors in the log?

Any owner restrictions?

If you book directly in the RR db it will work?

Any custom modifications to the RR db?

Hello,server domino version 6.0.3, clients version 6.0.X, no errors in the log, no owner restrictions, directly in the RR it’s work, no customs modifications to the RR.

It operated correctly has migrated Lotus Domino server to a more powerful server and stopped working. Everything else working properly, mails, applications, etc…

It may not be accurate, but it’s the same behavior.

Virus Scanner Causes Resource Reservations to not Autoprocess Reservations

In R6, the reservation are now processed by the router, so it’s make sense.

You said that the db is on a new hardware? Maybe there is a problem with an old DNS entry or something like that.
