We are using the R6 Resource template, and are having a problem with one approver name.
Resources are set up with 3 owners / approvers. In the Resource documents, these names are displayed as expected i.e. User A/CompanyB.
When a reservation document is created for this resource, it is sent for approval as expected - this all works fine, all approvers receive the notification. However, when one approver (first listed) open the reservation document to approve it, her name has been converted to her internet name - all other approver names remain as before. This means she is unable to approve the document as it is picking up her internet name rather than her normal Notes name.
This conversion to her internet name only appears in the owners field on the reservation document awaiting approval, and nowhere else in the Resource database or other Notes databases. All other approver names are fine. Other Notes users on other PC’s do not see her name converted to the internet name - it is only on this single PC. Also, when the same ID file is used on another PC, everything works fine?
