I am trying to create a new site in my reservations database (resource.nsf) ND6.01 and W2k SP3 and keep getting an error when I try to save the document, “you must supply the domain name of the server where this reservations database exists”. I enter the site name and the domain name, the resource reservations server and filename are already filled in. Any thoughts?

Hi Gary, To avoid this error message add the domain name in your location document.
In your location document fourth tab there is a field called domain mail name there you can add your domain name.

this field is usually set correctly, unless a user start changing in it. Please check your access level in the NAB. I believe you need author access with create documents (as far as I tested no roles needed) to create site and resource documents in the reservations database.
As happens more then once, Notes misleads us with the error message it is generating
