Domino 7.0.3, two servers in cluster, Notes 6.5.
A customer of mine is experiencing the following:
A user has invited a group to a repeated meeting (once a month the next year).
After a couple of months she had to reschedule one of the meetings. This results in that “she” is sending the rescedule email to all participants several times a day.
Does anyone know where I can look to stop this?
One thing to mention:
The customer has changed the name of the actual meeting room, and I can see that in the email beeing sent the old name is specified.

I have recreated the CluBusy.NSF database.

The emails were also sent out during the weekend while she was not running Notes.
