Some users have reported the inability to reschedule meetings in a mail-in database. This database is based on an old mail template. The problem occurs when they’re using the owner-actions reschedule button & manually going in & editing the meeting doc in the main Calendar view.
Whenever the user goes to amend the meeting appointment in the calendar view, their amends are not saved! That includes description & time amends. I find the problem difficult to repeat so it’s hard for me to troubleshoot this.
I’ve trawled through both the R5 - R6 forums but cannot see a definitive answer for this behavior.
Please can anyone tell me if this is a bug in the old mail template which was used to create the mail-in & which is causing this & if anyone has encountered & found a solution for this weird behavior?
