Reschedule Recurring Meeting Issue - Room change not reflected

We are using Domino 7.0.3 on iSeries. Rescheduling of recurring meetings has always produced some flakiness (to say the least)

One of our users rescheduled a recurring meeting and the original room was unavailable. All of the invitees received the reschedule notice with the new time…However, none of them received anything regarding the room change. I checked the entry on several of the invitees’ calendars and sure enough the old room is listed. I did see the new room’s acceptance message in the Owner’s mail file. Not sure if this is a bug or if AdminP just didn’t get a chance to run and update with teh room change info???

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
