We have a web based application that is used to schedule certain activities for a new hire. When a activity is scheduled, the application automatically creates calendar entries in the chair person’s calendar and sends out meeting invites to other participants in the activity. So far so good, everything works fine. However, if the chair person opens the calendar entry in his ND6.5.4 client (mail template is also ND6.5.4 ), it shows that there no invitees. The field used to capture the invitees is RequiredAttendees which is being set in the application. Initially, before opening the calendar entry, if we see the document properties, the RequiredAttendees field is present and has the correct values, however when the meeting invite is opened, the field disappears and it shows that there are no invitees. If the same meeting invite is opened in the R5 client, it works fine, because it shows the R5 Interoperability form.
Has anyone faced a similar scenario? I did not get much information from the other posts about this.
