Dear Lotus Community,
We are in the process of implementing R6 mail archiving, but I can’t get the policies to work. I have created a Policy Document which consists of a Archive Settings doc and a Archive criteria form (enabled). There are no child or parent document selections. Both mail files and the archive area are on a single mail server which house all email databases from our different offices. I have assigned the archive mail policy to a number of test users.
When running compact -a command on the test users, domino starts the archive process but archives 0 docs and deletes 0 docs. The archive criteria has been modified to various different params without success.
I would appreciate if you could provide some assistance.
