If you are encountering issues with Notes/Domino, do you feel that you would be best suited opening a PMR with Lotus Support or posting the errors to this forum for assistance with the errors you are encountering?

Hi Dan,
please do not misunderstand me. This forum is great. But it can not fix bugs in the lotus software. Therefore I asked for the adress of the department to which I can report the error, when i am not a business partner.
