Report not generating

Hi,

When i try to create the new report the reports not generating.

It will display only the blank sheet.

Any one knows the solution for it.

Reports are not a standard part of the Notes client. Any reports in your database would have been custom built.

Without seeing the code, there is not much anyone here can recommend.

Hi Kulkarni!

For Generating Reports the following features to be enabled and Checked

1.Verify that MTC task in running on server and MEssage TRacking is enabled on server document with Database created(mtstore.nsf).

2.Check Reports.NSf is created and Open it in Designer and Enable the Scheduled Agents

Now try to Create Reports>It will work Sure.

Thanks jagdeesh,

If i enable the sheduled reports they will run at midnight that time we faced the server crash problem. Every night i is crashing while generating the reports so we stoped the sheduled reports. And when i manually try to create the reports it will give the blank page and also it will not show any report on that day. Please suggest

How to create reports.nsf? Can i delete the old reports.nsf?
