Id’ like to know how could I get a report with the database name, the owner, if it has enable archived, and if archive is local or on server.

If you are willing to look at 3rd party products, take a look at Power Tools from HELP Software, Inc.
One of the utilities included is “Mail File Archives At A Glance”. It should tell you what you want to know.
