I have an user that when she replies to an email it marks the original email unread.
Any Ideas?
Subject: Replying to Email
Database properties, “Design” Tab, Flag “do not mark modified documents as unread” has to be checked. This is due to the “message has been replied to” icon that is shown based on a document change.
